Crust
2 cups flour
1/2 powdered sugar
1 cup margarine
Mix and pad into a cookie sheet 10x14
Bake 20-25 min. at 350 degrees (should look like a sugar cookie)
Cool and frost
8oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Put fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blue berries, apricots- or any desired fruit)
1 pkg gelatin dessert mix
follow pie directions, pour over fruit and chill.
